2002: Department of Technology, East Tennessee State University.

Instructor: CADD Systems. Presentation-intensive teaching/hands-on lab concerning computer hardware installation, identification, setup, and maintenance, as well as industry-leading design and production software.

Lab proctor: Digital Media Center. Responsible for monitoring and security of labs; troubleshooting and assisting with A/V equipment and computers, and software including Maya, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, and Premiere.

2001: Freelance Graphic Design.

Layout and Production Artist: Client-oriented design using Photoshop and Freehand for musical group The American Plague’s self-titled CD, released in July 2001. Responsible for scanning source images, arranging design, preparing color separations and spot colors, and collaborating with print house.

2000-2001: College of Education, East Tennessee State University.

Web Design and Site Maintenance: Responsible for implementing new format of COE website, designing and creating new web pages, updating pages and information, ensuring accuracy and continuity, and assisting faculty in uploading sites and info.

Technical Support and Lab Monitoring: Responsible for installing, maintaining, and monitoring hardware and software on both PC and Mac platforms, LAN setup in a Windows environment, and assisting with general computer problems.

April 1996: Whirlpool Scholarship Foundation winner.
